Russell’s experience stemmed from 15 years’ experience as a foodservice manager with a major Australian grocery wholesaler. From there, Russell spent 5 years as an Owner/Operator in transport distribution and freight logistics. It was during this time, in 1995, that Russell found his true passion - ”COFFEE!”
The past 21 years with Expresso Coffee has allowed Russell to develop a number of skills in all areas of this fascinating industry.
Russell’s current role gives him the freedom to support a very dynamic team of young and dedicated people whose passion for customer service and coffee is second to none. Russell’s experience in warehousing, transport and logistics, along with technical, allows him to oversee the operations side of Expresso Coffee.
Key Account Manager – Newcastle
Luke has been with Expresso Coffee for over 16 years in sales and technical support.
Prior to that, Luke had various roles in the hospitality industry including pubs, clubs, resorts and restaurants.
Luke trained as a chef and has a commercial cookery trade certificate, associate diploma in applied science and loves to drink short blacks!
Customer service is his job.
For Luke this means providing our customers with the tools they need to make as great a coffee as they possibly can.
Key Account Manager – Sydney
John Feltham is our newest addition to the Expresso Coffee sales team. Another person with a passion for all things coffee, John's love of coffee has taken him all the way to the farms and lands of Brazil.
John brings a wealth of knowledge through multiple industries, more recently in the cafe and hospitality industries. His 15 years of service, customer relations and account management throughout the Sydney region brings an exciting time for the growth of Expresso Coffee and our clients.
Key Account Manager
Belinda has recently joined the Expresso Coffee team after working for Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) for 5 years. Based in the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney CBD, Belinda was responsible for new business development and key account management. She has a great passion for coffee and the industry. Her wealth of knowledge comes from the extensive training received whilst with JDE.
Belinda previously worked in the fashion industry for 15 years where she built a love for customer service and an understanding of small businesses.
