BlendCo Central, formerly know as Expresso Coffee Specialists, is a family owned company that was established in 1998 with very modest premises and three staff. In 2001, Expresso Coffee moved  to West Gosford, this move allowed us to expand, which prompted our relocation to our current premises at 872 Pacific Highway, Lisarow.

 We have increased our personnel to 16 members and most recently installed a new 15kg coffee roaster and a purpose built barista training workshop. We also run a fully equipped technical department to support our current and future clients.

The success of BlendCo Central is attributed to a fun, dynamic workplace and enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated team members.

Nick Pantsos

Prior to establishing Expresso Coffee, Nick’s early background was in the wholesale & retail fresh food industry. With the sudden death of his father, he was left, as a young man, to run the family business supporting his mother. Following this, Nick became the Director of a company that operated the largest service station in the Southern Hemisphere.

Nick’s personable approach, foresight and commitment, with the backing of a dedicated team, then allowed him to take over Expresso Coffee and build the business into the success it is today. Nick's son Chris is now involved in the company and Nick himself is still as passionate about quality coffee and the business today as he was in 1998. Never losing sight of his client’s needs, Nick has employed personnel to accommodate all aspects of the coffee industry to cater for the diversity amongst his clients.
